Our Compliance department is the essential link. It ensures Research & Development and manufacturing are working in tandem. We provide regulatory expertise and accurate technical information in compliance with regulating agencies and customer requirements. Our day-to-day responses to the myriad of customers’technical information needs are a key difference that Newly Weds Foods brings to our process. Examples of these requests range from standard documents such as specifications, allergen profiles, nutritional reports, range formulas, to writing ingredient declarations, filling out customer questionnaires, approving packaging labels, mandating raw material information, auditing formulas, participating in legislative forums and addressing food safety issues. We provide approval and guidance for labeling, nutritional information, and other regulated portions of the R&D process. We maintain operating systems in accordance with approved formulas,ingredients, packaging and manufacturing instructions. Most standard technical information requests are processed in only 24 hours.
